Job Description
About the role
As a Senior Data Solution Designer at SEEK, you will play a key role in shaping the core of SEEK's data ecosystems, driving the development of data solutions for the business. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated and driven cross-functional team of data engineers and analysts, while also engaging with business analysts and specialists throughout the SEEK organization.

Responsibilities
- Partner with a dynamic, high-performing cross-functional team of data engineers, analysts, and business specialists to build and deliver impactful data solutions.
- Engage with business analysts and key stakeholders across SEEK to understand business needs, translate them into actionable data strategies, and deliver efficient solutions.
- Evaluate the integrity and health of datasets, identifying and resolving data anomalies, and establishing robust data quality assurance processes to ensure reliable insights and accurate decision-making.
- Design Data Lakehouse models to enable the creation of business-driven data concepts and products. Working with source system interfaces in the design of data transformation pipelines for efficient and scalable data processing.
- Contribute your expertise to foster innovation and best practices within the data team and the broader organization.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Expertise with SQL
- Strong experience in data modelling experience (Imnon, Kimball, Data Vault)
- Proven experience with Cloud: AWS Services, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
- Experience working with CRM is an advantage
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
