We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and enhance the AI models that drive our voice AI platform. You will be the mastermind behind our technology, ensuring that our AI can manage complex conversations with high accuracy and deliver interactions that sound natural.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead end-to-end model development – oversee the entire process from gathering requirements and designing algorithms to implementing and deploying ML features through their full lifecycle.
• Create models for conversational intelligence – build systems capable of processing hundreds of thousands of daily conversations with exceptional accuracy and natural language understanding.
• Drive innovation through research – keep up-to-date with the latest NLP and speech technology advancements, review research papers, and apply state-of-the-art methods to maintain our competitive advantage.
• Design machine learning pipelines – develop reliable, scalable infrastructure that continuously improves using our expanding conversation datasets.
• Enhance performance – pinpoint and address model inefficiencies to ensure our voice AI delivers natural, real-time conversations without any comprehension difficulties.

• You’ll engage with natural language understanding, speech recognition, and conversational AI technologies.
• You will build models that facilitate conversations for some of India’s largest enterprises (Our voice AI technology has been validated by technical leaders at companies such as Paytm).

• You’ll develop mission-critical AI systems supporting hundreds of thousands of natural-sounding conversations each day.

• What We Are Seeking
• More than 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related discipline
• Solid expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI systems
• Hands-on experience with speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies
• Proficient in Python along with data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
• Knowledgeable in deep learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
• AI & ML Expertise
• Experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for specific domains or tasks
• Skilled at analyzing large-scale conversational data and deriving actionable insights
• Familiar with customer intelligence systems and adept at building data-driven applications
• Understanding of speech-to-text optimization techniques to enhance transcription accuracy
• Data Engineering & Analytics
• Experienced in processing large volumes of data (handling hundreds of thousands of conversations)
• Capable of designing and implementing data pipelines to enable ongoing model improvements
• Knowledgeable in feature engineering methods tailored for conversational data
• Experienced with A/B testing strategies to assess model enhancements
• Familiarity with data visualization tools for effectively communicating insights to stakeholders
