We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can tackle complex problems, contribute to solution design, and elevate the performance of those around them.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll operate as an advanced contributor and emerging leader, owning complex work-streams and influencing how solutions are designed and delivered.
You’ll:
Solve complex and ambiguous data science problems end-to-end
Lead the design of analytical and machine learning solutions
Translate loosely defined business challenges into structured approaches
Own delivery of key work-streams within projects
Contribute to architecture and solution design decisions
Mentor and support junior data scientists (L1–L2)
Review code and provide technical guidance
Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to clients
Identify opportunities to improve models, processes, and delivery
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can handle complexity, think critically, and elevate team performance.
You should have:
3–5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
Strong programming skills in Python
Deep understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data science fundamentals
Experience with tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow
Proven ability to solve complex or ambiguous problems
Experience contributing to solution design or technical direction
Ability to mentor or support more junior team members
A STEM degree (BSc minimum; MSc or PhD advantageous)
