Purpose of the Role:
To provide analytical support for CRM activities, with a strong focus on designing and optimizing customer purchase journeys based on data insights, as well as measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales campaigns targeted at the existing customer base
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, optimizing, and overseeing customer journeys across CRM channels
- Performing advanced analysis of customer behavior across key lifecycle stages (onboarding, activation, retention, cross-sell / up-sell)
- Acting as a strategic partner to the business in planning and shaping sales campaigns for the existing customer portfolio (segmentation strategy, targeting logic, offer recommendations)
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on CRM campaign effectiveness (KPIs, ROI, uplift/lift analysis, conversion metrics)
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving customer segments and selection models
- Identifying sales growth opportunities and recommending data-driven initiatives aimed at increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
This offer is for you if:
- You have experience in analyzing CRM data as well as sales or marketing campaigns
- You are skilled in working with large data sets and interpreting analytical results
- You are familiar with key concepts such as customer segmentation, sales funnel, customer journey, CLV, and retention
- You have a very good knowledge of analytical and CRM tools (e.g. Campaign Manager, Salesforce)
- You are able to translate data insights into clear and actionable business recommendations
- You demonstrate a high level of independence, accuracy, and strong sales-oriented mindset
- You are open to a project-based contract of approximately 18 months and are fluent in both Polish and English
