Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and adaptable Senior Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will work in a dynamic, multi-cloud environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data science solutions to solve complex business problems
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and optimize queries and data models across multiple platforms
- Create compelling data visualizations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices within the data science team
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve our capabilities continuously
Required technical skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data science projects from concept to production
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation
- Hands-on experience with Spark SQL for large-scale data processing
- Solid knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and optimization
- Experience working in AWS and GCP environments
- Familiarity with Databricks for collaborative data engineering and data science workflows
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and version control (Git)

- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and environments
- Context Switching: Proven capability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and focus
