We are currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead the development of data-driven solutions that empower our clients to make informed decisions and unlock new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models in complex, business-critical environments.

- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Design and implement predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve real-world problems.
- Data Strategy: Define data collection, processing, and analysis strategies aligned with business goals.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable data science solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Responsible AI: Ensure ethical use of data and compliance with privacy regulations and responsible AI practices.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and AI.
What makes you a good candidate for this role?
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in data science, with a strong portfolio of deployed models and business impact.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch).
- Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
