We are seeking a highly creative and user-focused Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the user journey across web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life through thoughtful design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS platforms.
- Relevant certifications in UX design, HCI, or related fields.
