We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to be a pivotal member of the data science team, taking ownership of executing an E2E challenging data science project in various areas of our product. Additionally, as a Senior Data Scientist, you will strengthen our methodologies, infrastructure, and algorithmic approaches.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales
- solve complex business problems using ML and data-driven techniques using a wide range of both classic and relevant SOTA algorithms and technologies.
- Work against business stakeholders to identify, well-define, and prioritize business problems to be solved through DS\ML pipelines.
- Dirt your hands with our endless stream of data, doing real-world data science impacting directly and significantly on our core product and user experience.
- Define success criteria for each goal, and build and own the monitoring flow and maintenance plan for each solution.
- Work closely with our data engineers to build the needed infrastructure and push solutions successfully to production.
- Continuously self-learn, grow professionally, and mentor younger team members.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an industry data scientist.
- MSc/PhD/equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proficient in the basic data science Python toolbox (Pandas, Scipy, Numpy, Scikit-learn…).
- Proven record of successfully executing E2E data science projects.
- Well-acquainted with both classical ML and DL models over a wide range of problems.
- Proven record in presenting your ideas to both colleagues and customers.
- Experience in DL/ML for text analysis\NLP - a significant advantage.
- Experiencing working with Big Data processing tools (Spark) - an advantage.
- Familiarity with Databricks ecosystem - nice to have.
