The Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and maintaining predictive models that support business decision-making and customer insights. This role focuses on working with large-scale datasets to build and evaluate models such as propensity, response, and lifetime value (LTV) predictions. The ideal candidate has strong programming experience in Python and/or R and is comfortable operating in production environments while monitoring model performance and ensuring reliability over time.

• Develop predictive models such as propensity, response, and lifetime value (LTV) models.

• Work with large-scale datasets to support analytics and modeling initiatives.

• Monitor model performance and ensure ongoing reliability and effectiveness.

• Support model deployment and operation within production environments.

• Strong experience with Python and/or R.

• Experience building predictive models including propensity, response, and LTV models.

• Experience working with large-scale datasets.

• Familiarity with model monitoring and performance tracking.

• Comfortable operating models within production environments.
