Job Description- Independently designing analysis plans, and developing underlying data pipelines, models and/or algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Create simple, meaningful visualizations to help support data analysis and stakeholder communications
- Proactively seek out and implement quality and/or efficiency improvements to our existing methodologies and processes, leveraging AI where possible.
- Develop and share efficient code used for analyses.
- Incorporate quality checks to proactively detect and correct for errors throughout analysis.
- Provide clear data-driven recommendations based on research findings that can easily be translated into business requirements.
- Collaborate with department stakeholders (Product, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Technology, etc.). This may include providing status updates, developing timelines, sharing data, executing tests, presenting results, supporting user-acceptance testing and monitoring production rollouts to ensure business needs are met.
- Leading smaller projects, and providing informal guidance to colleagues.
