Get to Know the Team
The Country & Marketing Analytics team helps the organisation by analysing in each of our countries our past operations and marketing programs, deciphering the impact on our business, our brand and our users, to improve the outcome of future projects.
Get to Know the Role
You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager and lead the data-driven decision-making for our Digibank offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and support strategic programs. Your expertise will help us understand customer behavior, optimize our products, and improve overall user experience. You will develop machine learning models, creating dashboards, and presenting findings to stakeholders, ensuring that our data strategies align with business objectives in Digibank.
This role is based in Petaling Jaya and onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will collaborate with digibank teams to understand their data needs.
- You will analyse large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- You will provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making for digibanks.
- You will monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
- You will create dashboards and reports to visualise important metrics and insights.
- You will present recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need:
- You have at least 4 years of analytical experience conjugated with business acumen, with some experience in financial services.
- You have experience of analytical tools such as database querying (SQL, Presto, Hive), visualisation and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Holistics) and programming languages (Python, R)
- You have experience working with complex data sets
- You have experience in contextualizing complex data insights to business stakeholders.
- You have experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms, with experience applying them to real-world problems.
