Team & role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our Business Data Science team! As a data scientist, you will work with our marketing and finance leadership, to predict our growth, identify trends, and help us optimize the impact of our marketing budget spend, both in the B2B and B2C areas. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact!

We are looking for someone who is not afraid of diving into new areas and challenges, thinks outside the box, and knows how to take a business challenge and turn it into a machine learning challenge, and vice versa. As communication and collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a part of our day to day, we are looking for a team player.

What you will be doing
  • Lead end-to-end DS projects - from identifying business needs with stakeholders, to research, evaluation, production implementation, and monitoring. 
  • Collaborate with diverse teams - marketing, finance, BI, ML Infra. effectively communicating insights and understanding various business aspects.
  • Address diverse problems across domains
  • Tackle challenges related to data, model assumptions, business needs limitations, and production
Your skills and experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a data scientist in the industry
  • Deep understanding of classical ML algorithms for various problems and domains.   
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operation Research, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience developing and researching algorithms in various fields and data science/ML techniques.
  • Proven experience in taking projects through all the stages of a new ML model, from data analysis and labeling to prototyping, implementation in a production environment, and monitoring and maintenance. Delivery oriented.
  • Proficiency with Python and SQL.
  • Experience with bringing machine learning models to production in a cloud environment
  • Independent and innovative with the ability to lead problem definition and goal definition processes.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
