We're looking for a Senior Data Science Engineer (Automation Engineer) to help us automate our project workflows, manage deployment pipelines, and make our delivery processes faster, more reliable, and scalable. You’ll play a key role in developing intelligent automation solutions that optimize processes and improve operational efficiency through advanced AI techniques.
What You’ll Do
- Automate Python/Pyspark codes for data workflows and collaborate with data scientists to refactor notebooks into production-ready systems.
- Design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines that integrate AI-driven automation to enhance data workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and make decisions based on real-time data.
- Build and integrate tools that enhance automation capabilities, such as job schedulers, version control systems, and monitoring solutions for data science projects.
- Work closely with data scientists to identify areas for AI-driven process improvements and design solutions that enhance overall workflow efficiency
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience required
- Proficiency in Python, with a strong grasp of scripting, automation, and modular design.
- Experience with AI agents, including techniques such as reinforcement learning, decision trees, autonomous agents, or multi-agent systems to automate and optimize processes.
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools like Apache Airflow or other orchestration platforms to manage workflows.
- Solid understanding of Git, version control workflows, and release cycles.
- Experience deploying to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing solutions.
- Experience with FastAPI, or Flask for API deployment.
