We are seeking a delivery-driven and results-oriented Senior Data Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation and evolution of data products that support different functions and verticals of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and drive the creation of innovative data solutions that deliver value to our GTM teams and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, evolution and management of data products that support one of Zoominfo’s verticals such as Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.
  • Identify opportunities and drive the creation of innovative data solutions that deliver value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and gather requirements
  • Build strong relationships with Director-level and V-level stakeholders in and around your domain
  • Build and maintain a roadmap that meets the needs of our customers, prioritizing, rationalizing, building visibility and consensus
  • Lead a pod of engineers, data scientists and analysts to design and implement data solutions and visualizations that meet business requirements
  • Lead sprint planning and quarterly planning activities
  • Manage the data products throughout their lifecycle, monitoring, analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Evangelize the data products and promote their adoption and usage


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with preference in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a data product management role
  • Experience working with or in Data Product Management departments and leading the development of data products. 
  • Experience working with data engineers, data scientists, analysts and visualization designers.
  • Experience in capturing business requirements and requirements speccing is a must.
  • Experience creating delightful reporting solutions.
  • Experience with scrum processes, jira.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong project management skills. 
  • Delivery focused, vary of time and resourcing constraints. Able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proficiency and experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and SQL DB/DWH such as Snowflake is a plus.
  • Data analyst, data science or data engineering experience is a must. Data asset management and reporting experience is desirable.
  • Background in one or more of the following domains is a plus: finance, sales, marketing.
