The Role
CYE is on the hunt for a Senior Data Product Manager who thrives on shaping the future of cybersecurity and risk quantification. You’ll roll up your sleeves, turn bold ideas into roadmaps and features, and shepherd products from spark to scale. We’re after a hands-on leader who lives and breathes data and analytics—and isn’t afraid to make magic happen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements in the product roadmap.
- Conduct market and user analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the success of product development, launch, and adoption.
- Become a market expert and understand our customers’ and prospects’ requirements and expectations.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B product management, including 4+ years on enterprise security or big data products.
- Strong experience with big-data and analytics products—defining metrics, designing dashboards, managing data pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on with analytics tools—metrics, dashboards, and data pipelines. Experience building analytics products and data-based products. Experience using big data, analytics, and AI products is a big advantage.
- Technical fluency in web APIs, dashboards, and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence across teams.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML/NLP infrastructure and LLM-powered products.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
