About The Role:

As a senior data PM of monday's data platform you will help design, optimize, expand and scale our analytical data infrastructure. This infrastructure is the beating heart of what makes monday.com a data informed, scalable, and high impact company, enabling employees at every level to multiply their impact and thrive in their roles.

  • 3+ years of experience as a data product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products, ideally in the data platform space - A must
  • 5+ years of experience in and understanding of concepts and frameworks pertaining to Data Management, modeling, quality, warehousing, ETL, and analytics.
  • A technical expert who can leverage deep understanding of data, data tools and emerging technologies to guide product development efforts.
  • Impact driven with a “business first” mentality, and a strong strategic mindset that can balance between short/long term business needs
  • Strong communicator who can develop a clear product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives and customer requirements
  • Ability to create a concise product roadmap, recognize ROI, measure impact and prioritize work
  • Self-driven and comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus
  • Passionate about building and optimizing large scale data platforms that support optimal decisions and priorities
  • A fast learner, adaptive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Background in Big Data, and understanding of AI/ML systems development - Big advantage
  • Passionate about data management and governance - advantage
  • Familiar with Snowflake, datadog, Kafka, Airflow - advantage
