Purpose of the role:

  • Working with data collected from market research surveys to provide a variety of output reports, using software products such as Quantum, SPSS, Dimensions
  • Processing, formatting and presenting the data in accordance with global NIQ quality standards
  • Prioritize, structure and deliver data processing (data table production, file creation, quality checking and workflow communication) of high complexity projects individually
  • Execute day-to-day operations and tasks
  • Prioritize and distribute projects / tasks within the team
  • Propose optimizations and efficient solutions
  • Take decisions related to project delivery in case of any ambiguous situation
  • Contribute to different internal / external initiatives related to operations process, training framework, reporting KPIs etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process all materials provided by the client
  • Proactively discuss with the client all details related to input materials and their needs
  • Propose and discuss potential solutions based on client needs
  • Implement newly proposed solutions for the project
  • Develop reports, spreadsheets, tables and dashboards, based on analysis of data from multiple sources
  • Calculate advanced statistical metrics and modeling as required by CSG
  • Analyze various types of data in order to deliver reports / tables
  • Perform and be responsible for quality assurance
  • Collaborate with other teams to solve any problems encountered during data delivery phase
  • Deliver according to project timelines
  • Participate in project set up meetings and guide Project Management and CSG regarding the technical aspects of deliverables with best solution
  • Leverage available AI tools to translate questionnaires for multi-country projects, enabling better understanding and more efficient project execution
  • Work closely with various teams to drive the improvement, automation, and standardization of Data Management processes through AI
  • Automate routine status reporting using AI and identify opportunities where AI can be further leveraged
  • Focus on improving the quality management system
  • Actively involved in testing the newly developed software and tools and takes the necessary steps for implementing them once they are approved
  • Coordinate work within team and follow up on task completion
  • Train and provide support to colleagues in data processing for using software / tools
  • Instruct and supervise junior colleagues
  • Pro-actively seeks to gain and share knowledge
  • All other activities related to the direct implementation of the work process and the tasks of the team, department and/or organization arising from the nature of the work or the specifics of the projects/assignments being performed
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance standards, and operational best practices.

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Advanced knowledge of Quantum, Dimension (TOM)
  • Advanced knowledge of other Data Processing programming languages and software (e.g. SPSS, Displayr, Python, C, R)
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, VBA Macro preferred
  • Working knowledge in Project Management and Quality Management
  • English B2, written and spoken

  • Education degree: Bachelor degree is mandatory
