Job DescriptionInternational Data Solutions Operations ( Audience Measurement is a department that responsible for collecting data from field and data delivery to our client
The supervisor is responsible for monitoring the projects and making sure all projects have been following the right procedures, meet the timelines, and have good quality.
POSITION SUMMARY
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to interviewers
Organize workflow and ensure that interviewers understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Need to travel outside the domicile town (if needed)
Receive complaints and resolve problems
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Pass on information from upper management to interviewers and vice versa
Prepare and submit performance reports
Hire and train new interviewers
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Education : Min High School graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Min.1 (one) year as Field Quality Control / Field Officer / recruiters
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and managing database
Having Knowledge of fieldwork concepts and survey methodologies
Strong in analytical skills
Able to work as individual & in a team
Have own motorcycle
Able to communicate in English
