  • Team's KPI monitoring (quality and on time delivery) and being up to date with all processes related to assigned area
  • Contributing to the implementation of new standards and processes
  • Good knowledge of product portfolio in scope of at least one market/project
  • Daily work in a virtual and multicultural environment through cooperation with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver against the set objectives
  • Understanding of the End-to-End Reference data process, ability to identify real root of the queries.
  • Good knowledge about specific FMCG categories, fully independent in resolving queries
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the process
  • Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules
  • Providing assistance to Data Processing Specialists as a first point of contact
  • Providing training for the new joiners and other team members if needed
  • Meet quality and delivery targets (KPI)
  • Being responsible in keeping the operational documentation updated.

Qualifications

 

 

  • At least 2 years’ experience in DOA (related to the Reference data)
  • Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details
  • Very Good communication skills including English language (verbal and written)
  • Client communication skills
  • Proactive attitude in recommending suitable solutions
  • Able to drive initiatives forward and deliver business results in a client focused manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together
  • Problem solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Good understanding of end-of-the-end production process/stream knowledge
  • Very good understanding of the local market
  • Computer literate (Word, excel, PowerPoint).
