- Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions supporting quote‑to‑cash processes including quoting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition
- Partnering with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions
- Analyzing quote‑to‑cash data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and revenue optimization
- Building and maintaining data models, ETL pipelines, and automated reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Providing analytical support for KPIs such as quote‑to‑order conversion rate, billing accuracy, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and revenue cycle time
- Leveraging SQL and data visualization platforms to extract, transform, and present complex data in clear, actionable formats
- Collaborating with IT and Data Engineering teams to uphold data integrity, ensure data availability, and maintain alignment with enterprise data standards
What you will likely bring:
- 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience manipulating large and unclean datasets
- Hands‑on experience using BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience analyzing quote‑to‑cash processes and associated data such as quoting, orders, billing, or revenue
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse fundamentals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical data into clear insights
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Salesforce data knowledge or experience with Salesforce reporting
- Familiarity with data‑lake or data‑warehouse technologies and documentation of data definitions and methodologies
- Experience with Python, R, or additional scripting languages for deeper analysis
- Exposure to CRM alternatives, ERP systems, CPQ tools, or billing platforms
