Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain Data applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Be able to analyze, design, implement and maintain Data Lake applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Be able to interact with business for requirement and provide architectural solutions
- Be able to coordinate & work with offshore teams and also with Infra team for any deployments/software upgrades
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in building Data warehouse/Data Lakes projects using Big Data, Cloud technologies (Azure, Databricks, Pyspark)
- 3+ years of healthcare domain experience
- Well versed with agile processes and open to work on application support and Flexi working hours
- Demonstrated solid analytical and problem solving skills with innovative ideas to bring value to the business
- Proven ability to establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
- Proven ability to provide technical support and consultation for Data application and infrastructure questions
- Proven ability to serve as a mentor to less experienced Developers
- Proven ability to review the work of others
- Proven ability to develop innovative approaches by building AI/ML
