Build and optimise cloud-based data pipelines while contributing to innovative data products at Rabobank. As a Senior Data Engineer Azure, you work with large datasets and develop solutions that directly impact the organisation and its customers.

• Developing a scalable data pipeline for streaming data in the cloud.
• Improving data availability for machine learning applications.
• Automating deployments for data solutions within an agile team.

• Design and implement scalable cloud-based data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, handling high volumes and complex processing requirements.
• Automate deployments and optimise data workflows using modern engineering practices to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of data products.
• Collaborate in an agile team to build data solutions that support machine learning and drive business innovation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud data engineering within production environments.
• Experience with Databricks and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, including experience with PySpark.
• Strong communication skills and proven collaboration within Scrum teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Ownership of build, run, and change processes.
