Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing professional to serve as a Senior Architecture Advisor within an AI-driven Change the Bank (CTB) transformation portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and product owners to shape strategic solution direction, define scalable end-to-end architectures, and ensure alignment with enterprise platform strategy—driving impactful, future-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment & Advisory

  • Partner with domain leads and product owners to support the definition of vision and roadmap for AI-enabled platform capabilities
  • Provide architectural input to ensure alignment with CTB platform strategy and enterprise standards
  • Advise on solution direction, trade-offs, and long-term scalability considerations

• Generative AI & Intelligent Automation

  • Work with product owners and domain teams to refine and structure AI use cases
  • Define and recommend architecture patterns for RAG, prompt management, and agent-based workflows
  • Advise on appropriate use of GenAI, ML, and automation technologies

• Solution Design Support

  • Translate business requirements into feasible and scalable solution designs
  • Provide recommendations on solution approaches (build, buy, leverage, extend)
  • Participate in design reviews and provide architectural validation

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work across domains to facilitate alignment on architecture decisions and solution approaches
  • Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure consistency between solution design and roadmap
  • Communicate clearly on architecture considerations, dependencies, and risks

• Governance, Risk & Control

  • Ensure designs incorporate governance, security, and compliance considerations
  • Advise on alignment with standards for data privacy, model governance, and auditability

• Operational Excellence & Standards

  • Promote consistent use of architecture standards and reusable components
  • Support scaling of AI solutions from pilot to production

Eligibility Requirements

• University degree in business, finance, technology, or related disciplines
• 10–15 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles
• Proven experience designing enterprise platform solutions
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data platforms, APIs, and microservices
• Experience in regulated environments with governance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Preferred Skills
  • Experience in wealth management or private banking
  • Exposure to enterprise AI platforms
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
