In the role of a Senior Data Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise‑grade software and data solutions with strong focus on SQL‑based data processing, ETL pipelines, and data quality. The role builds on solid software engineering fundamentals with a clear path toward modern data platforms and analytics solutions.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformations, and backend services, with core logic implemented in SQL. In Snowflake environment-
- Perform SQL‑driven data analysis to validate business logic, investigate data quality issues (e.g. duplicates, missing data), and perform root‑cause analysis across datasets and pipelines.
- Design and document data models, transformations, and source‑to‑target mappings to ensure analytics‑ready datasets.
- Ensure data solutions meet enterprise quality, security, and compliance standards, including validation, monitoring, and consistent data definitions.
- Create clear technical documentation for data pipelines, transformations, and design decisions.
- Use AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. for SQL generation, analysis, documentation, and testing support) to improve productivity and solution quality.
What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering roles.
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations, analytical functions) and solid understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL/data processing and enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.

- Experience or interest in modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks).
- Exposure to data integrations (APIs, ingestion pipelines).
