About the Role:
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help lead our agile, fast-moving backend teams. In this role, you’ll design and build scalable data pipelines, architect our data infrastructure, and ensure reliable data flow across systems to support analytics, product development, and business operations. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to define data models, optimize performance, and lay the groundwork for a modern, robust data stack. Key Responsibilities:
Design and build data pipelines for large-scale data processing
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to define data requirements
Manage cloud-based data infrastructure and deployment processes
Mentor other engineers and lead technical initiatives
8+ years of production data engineering experience
Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts
Hands-on experience with distributed architectures
Proficient with at least 1 cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Machine learning pipeline experience
Stream processing and real-time analytics knowledge
Experience with a growing company
Experience working with aerospace or automotive companies
