  • Display a DevOps mindset and ability to use tools like Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

  • Firm grasp of implementing data pipelines using Kafka, Pub/Sub, Dataflow and/or Dataproc technologies.

  • Extensive experience of operational data stores and data warehouses, and working with relational databases to build GCP based data solutions using CloudSQL, Spanner and/or BigQuery.

  • Well developed ability to design data systems for reliability, scalability and availability.

  • An ability to see the inherent value in data and the skills to story tell and visualise it through appropriate tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
