Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Engineering team, providing mentorship and developing team members’ competencies
- Design enterprise-scale data processing system architectures
- Define technical standards, best practices, and software development processes
- Collaborate with management in strategic planning and technical roadmap development
- Optimize performance and scalability of data processing systems
- Oversee data infrastructure security and stability
- Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
- Actively collaborate with business stakeholders in defining requirements and priorities
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data engineering, including 3+ years in leadership positions
- Advanced knowledge of Python and distributed systems architectures
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) and their best practices
- Experience in designing and implementing real-time data processing systems
- Knowledge of modern Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, etc.)
- Proven experience in leading complex technical projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make technical decisions considering business aspects
- Experience in building and developing technical teams

- Experience in the AdTech/MarTech industry
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and Event-Driven Architecture
- Experience in technological transformations
