Job Overview
- Designs/develops software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs and requirements.
- Focuses on software quality standards for all aspects of work.
- Establishes advanced software test standards and methods.
- Conducts complex software tests.
Essential Functions
- Designs/develops software solutions and business process solutions using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise.
- Works at all layers of the application stack, including front-end user interface and backend development.
- Analyzes and evaluates code issues and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision.
- Leads projects and programs within own organization with moderate complexity and scope.
- Focuses on software quality standards; establishes advanced software test standards and methods.
- Conducts complex software tests.
- Performs code reviews and optimization of existing queries.
- May assist in on-boarding new Software Engineers to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
