JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Software Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver
marketing and enterprise data across multiple business systems.
• Develop high-quality ELT/ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), dbt, Snowflake, SQL,
and Python.
• Build and maintain reusable data models supporting marketing analytics, customer insights, campaign reporting, segmentation, attribution, and personalization.
• Ensure data is transformed, validated, and stored using efficient and scalable design patterns.
• Optimize Snowflake performance, resource utilization, and query execution while promoting cost-efficient processing.
• Maintain technical expertise in modern cloud data platforms and follow SDLC, coding standards, version control, documentation, and deployment processes.
Systems Analysis
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Analyze source systems and data flows to improve data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Design scalable data models and transformation logic aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure data accuracy and successful deployments.
• Recommend innovative and practical solutions that simplify design while meeting business needs.
Platform & Service Management
• Monitor and support production data pipelines ensuring reliability and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Governance teams.
• Identify operational risks, performance bottlenecks, and data quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation including solution designs, data lineage, metadata, and operational procedures.
• Participate in release planning, deployments, and production support.
• Communicate project status, delivery timelines, and technical risks effectively.
WORK SETUP
This role will follow a mid-shift schedule, either 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, depending on the team's final alignment.
May occasionally be required to support US counterparts, as business needs arise.
Hybrid work arrangement, with onsite work required three times per week.
EDUCATION / JOB-RELATED TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, dbt (Core/Cloud), SQL, and Python.
• Experience building enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with APIs, CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD, data governance, metadata, lineage, and security.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
