Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, you will provide governance oversight of data products that support the daily operations of the shared service and advance the enterprise data vision through technical expertise and strong cross‑functional communication. You will work hands‑on across data analysis, modeling, governance, and solution design to ensure data products are reliable, well‑governed, and scalable, partnering closely with engineers, architects, analysts, and business teams to translate business needs into technical data requirements and guide solutions from concept through execution in an Agile environment. You bring both a strategic perspective and deep technical credibility, earning trust through hands-on data expertise and the ability to influence outcomes across teams.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Implement the Enterprise Data Platform governance program, design new data processes, and modernize enterprise data policies and standards.
Serve as a hands‑on player/coach by contributing to requirements gathering and solution design while mentoring partners on data quality, analytical design, and governance best practices.
Drive the operationalization of data governance, including metadata management, lineage, ownership, stewardship, policy compliance, and automated data quality controls across the enterprise.
Communicate and advocate for strategic IT practices, governance policies, and enterprise goals; coach partners through transitions by presenting complex ideas in clear, digestible ways.
Identify holistic and automated approaches to refine and transform data governance processes.
Lead structured problem solving by developing hypotheses, analyzing data, and coaching others in deductive and inductive reasoning.
Monitor and measure operational metrics, value realization, and ROI to ensure products deliver optimal value.
Act as an escalation contact and resolve conflict across internal and external partners.
Work in an Agile team environment.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data‑platform‑adjacent roles.
Foundation in data modeling concepts and how data models support analytics, reporting, and downstream consumption; experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks is preferred.
Working knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., governance tools, cloud data warehouses, lakehouse architectures), strong SQL skills, and experience with end‑to‑end data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, and consumption).
Practical experience implementing or operationalizing data governance, including metadata, lineage, ownership, stewardship, and quality controls.
Experience partnering with data engineers and architects, reviewing technical designs, challenging assumptions, and guiding implementation decisions.
Familiarity with DevOps / CI/CD concepts for data, including version control and deployment practices.
Travel up to 10%.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
