About your roleAs a Senior Data Conversion Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the data conversion process by performing data mapping, cleansing, and validation tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring data accuracy and integrity as it transitions from various sources into our systems. The Analyst will work closely with the Product Onboarding Manager to contribute to the overall success of data migration projects.
What you’ll doData Mapping: Analyze and map data fields from source systems to target system requirements.
Data Cleansing: Identify and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates to ensure data quality.
Data Validation: Perform data validation checks to verify data accuracy and completeness.
Data Transformation: Transform data into specified formats and structures as required.
Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of data conversion processes and findings.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot data conversion issues and propose solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Onboarding Manager and other team members to achieve project goals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in data management, conversion, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
