Primary Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, tests, documents and maintains database queries and data analysis
- Develops and implements scripts to maintain and monitor and completes performance tuning
- Need to Develop and Maintain the SSIS and SSRS ongoing projects with the advanced tools
- Applies data transformation based on understanding of data structures in place using common methods
- Understands all the connected technology services and their impacts
- Assesses design and proposes options to ensure solution meets business needs in terms of security, scalability, reliability and feasibility
- Effectively communicates with business stakeholders and technical team
- Understand work with AI tools which can effectively help with productivity improvement
- Understands data for a line of business and can identify actionable insights
- Breaks complex topics into meaningful chunks of information
- Sorts through large amounts of data to assess for relevancy
- Pro-actively identifies patterns in issues and research root-cause to improve overall quality
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience creating stored procedures with SQL Server T-SQL, creating data pipelines in SSIS and develop reports SSRS
- 5+ years of experience managing complex data ETL projects and programs
- 5+ years Extensive experience in analytical roles using SQL and Programming Languages Python or similar
- 3+ years experience creating visualizations using Power BI or similar BI Tools, to tell a compelling story with data and effectively deliver actionable insights
- Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI ,AWS or others)
- Familiarity with deploying and integrating AI/ML models into production systems
Soft Skills:
- Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
- Problem-Solving: Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
