- Establish and maintain partnerships with AO internal and cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs, challenge assumptions and be able to provide efficient solutions
- Own and evolve key reporting platforms, ensure data integrity and produce reports using dashboards and metrics to measure progress
- Contribute with data and insights in OiS wide forums and communications (e.g. review forums, SharePoint sites, …)
- Drive data integrity and alignment with the global AO teams and other stakeholders
- Set standards, frameworks, and governance for analytics practices
- Support in complex, cross -functional initiatives (e.g. in digitalization, use of AI)
- Build and maintain an active network with other analysts to continuously learn and develop analytics processes, tools and solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements
- OnePPM administrator
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of predictive/advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Proactive problem solving, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning
- Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in SQL server and relational databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or SharePoint.
