Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience. If you believe you’d be a great fit for this role, we invite you to apply even if you do not meet all points on the job description.

Who we are:

Ingenio is a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and content to empower everyone to live happier lives.

Ingenio offers the world’s largest portfolio of over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.

How you’ll be impactful:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own end-to-end lifecycle marketing measurement and analysis, spanning acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will deliver actionable, data-driven insights to improve acquisition efficiency, increase conversion, and optimize customer lifetime value.

You will apply strong analytical rigor to monitor full-funnel conversion from site and app visits through paid outcomes, segmented by acquisition channel, to identify optimization opportunities. You will design, execute, and analyze test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B experiments, to improve on-site and in-app conversion performance. In parallel, you will conduct in-depth analyses to support retention and CRM marketing, evaluating lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys to uncover drivers of engagement, reactivation, retention, and long-term value.

In addition, you will build and apply machine learning–based decision models to improve our recommendation systems, leveraging predictive and optimization techniques to increase relevance, engagement, and long-term customer value.

The ideal candidate is an expert in full-funnel analytics across acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a strong ability to identify conversion drop-offs and uncover growth opportunities. You bring deep experience in cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and experimentation (A/B testing), and are comfortable translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will communicate findings to executive leadership and support marketing success by developing, maintaining, and interpreting Tableau dashboards that track critical business and marketing metrics. Your analytical work will directly inform strategic decision-making, shape marketing direction through data-driven insights and testing, and drive continuous optimization across both acquisition and retention efforts.

In addition, we are seeking a candidate with experience in machine learning models to build, enhance, and improve our recommendation systems, applying predictive and decisioning techniques to increase relevance, engagement, and long-term customer value.

Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead full-funnel acquisition conversion analysis, tracking performance from media channels through site/app visits, sign-up, and first billed minutes
  • Partner closely with Acquisition teams to surface actionable insights, drive accountability, and accelerate growth
  • Collaborate with Retention teams to improve new-customer activation and increase monetization among repeat customers
  • Work cross-functionally to design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments, applying rigorous analytical and statistical methods to continuously improve outcomes
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that track key KPIs and clearly communicate marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Identify high-value target audiences, inform marketing strategy, and optimize campaign tactics by proactively exploring data and translating insights into clear, performance-driving recommendations

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-funnel conversion analytics and retention/CRM analytics
  • Proven experience driving impact through acquisition, conversion, and retention analysis
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions and outcomes
  • Deep expertise in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and lifecycle measurement
  • Demonstrated success designing, executing, and interpreting A/B experiments and test-and-learn programs
  • Strong analytical and statistical foundation, with the ability to assess impact, lift, and ROI
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and experimentation
  • Experience working with large, event-level datasets
  • Experience building and maintaining executive-ready dashboards (Tableau or equivalent) that drive accountability
  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to deliver measurable results
  • Experience applying machine learning or predictive models to business problems (e.g., propensity, churn, recommendations)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field
