Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using data analysis and data mining.
- Provide critical insights on product usage, campaign performance, funnel metrics, segmentation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Build ad-hoc analyses, reports, dashboards, and long-term projects to uncover new insights and measure progress.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytical needs, KPIs, and metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Deliver clear, impactful presentations that translate complex problems into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis roles.
- 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Proven track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics.
- Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strategic influencing ability.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in BI tools and Excel; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data mining techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning).
- Familiarity with AWS, Spark/PySpark, and Airflow.
- Background in digital marketing, sales, or strategy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
