As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll lead the charge in transforming CX data into strategic insights that influence decisions across the organization.

• Deliver monthly board-level CX reports and dashboards with >95% data accuracy and <24h turnaround on critical requests.
• Build predictive models for renewal risk, support volume forecasting, and NPS trends using Python and SQL.
• Automate reporting and case handling processes, targeting 40%+ reduction in manual effort within the first year.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with company-wide goals and drive at least 3 major CX optimization projects annually.

We’re looking for a seasoned data professional with a proven track record in advanced analytics, stakeholder engagement, and CX strategy support.

• 7–10 years in data analytics, including 3+ years in senior or lead roles, ideally in SaaS or customer-focused environments.
• Expert in SQL and Python (pandas, scikit-learn), with strong experience in Power BI or Tableau for executive reporting.
• Deep understanding of CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn) and SaaS KPIs (TCV, retention).
• Bonus: Experience with Databricks, Alteryx, workflow automation tools, and finance/billing systems.
