WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive strategic insights through advanced data analysis (causal inference, forecasting, cost-benefit, impact analysis) to inform product, pricing, and growth decisions.
 - Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics (ML/AI models for demand forecasting, churn, recommendations) to translate data into business strategy.
 - Analyze customer journeys and e-commerce economics, optimizing funnel performance, promotions, and margin trade-offs to maximize profitability and growth.
 - Design, recommend, and evaluate experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) with statistical rigor to guide product and platform development.
 - Develop scalable reporting and dashboards in SQL and Looker, automating insights that reflect business processes and data flows.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally on end-to-end analyses — from data gathering to delivering actionable insights, solutions, and presentations.
 - Ensure data accuracy and integrity, maintaining high standards across reporting and analytical deliverables.
 - Provide mentorship and thought leadership, setting best practices in analytics, experimentation, and stakeholder communication.
 - Tell the story behind the data, synthesizing insights into clear, actionable narratives that influence roadmaps and leadership decisions.
 
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong e-commerce orientation (mandatory).
 - Skilled in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to transform data into actionable insights.
 - Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and program evaluation, with experience applying data to solve real-world business problems.
 - An excellent communicator and strategic thinker, able to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
 - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
 - Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics) preferred.
