We are looking for a data analyst to help shape the future of data at Future. This will be an opportunity for someone to define and guide us through the next phase of our analytics practice as we look to scale.

• Build relationships with data consumers across the organization to develop a point of view on what our needs are and how our data products should be designed
• Build effective dashboards, reports and data visualizations to surface key business metrics and support stakeholders in extracting business insight
• Perform strategic analyses on large complex datasets, distill and present insights to drive better business decisions
• Design and implement data transformation pipelines in dbt to create clean datasets for analysis
• Partner with the broader analytics team to transform, test and document data from 30+ disparate sources to produce reliable, flexible and interpretable datasets

• 5+ years working as a data analyst, analytics engineer, or data scientist
• 1+ years of experience working with "modern data tooling" (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, etc.) in real-world applications
• Fluent in SQL
• Ability to work on full stack projects, owning the end to end process with tasks including data engineering, data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting
• The ability to own and manage cross functional stakeholder relationships
• Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle and manage several different projects at once
• Ability to follow along Python code
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal)

• Salary range: $140,000 - 180,000/year + equity. The salary range is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
