Position Summary
We are growing fast and looking for a Senior Database Analyst — energetic, strategic, and technically strong — based in Colombia.
You will join a high-performing team and be responsible for driving data transformations, automation, and key reporting to support strategic operational processes. You'll work with multiple relational and non-relational database engines across cloud platforms like Google Cloud and AWS.
Your responsibilities will also include automating processes using tools like Pentaho, Cloud Functions, and Python, enabling data to drive quick and actionable decisions.

What You Will Do
- Generate reports for internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and value in the deliverables.
- Analyze information gathered through our daily surveys, incorporating extrapolated datasets developed by our data scientists.
- Automate and execute data production processes for client delivery.
- Produce customized files tailored to each client’s structure and specification requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of logistical planning processes for our field collaborators.
- Efficiently manage tickets and operational requests, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects in collaboration with analytics and engineering teams.
What You Bring Along
- Education: Professional in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or related careers.
- +2 years of experience in data analysis or data transformation projects.
- Experience in operational processes
- Experience in ETL with database language MySQL/ Postgres is a must.
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform using Cloud functions scheduler queries is a must
- Experience with Python is a must
- English level B1 or more is a must
- Experience with agile project tools such as (Jira, Project) is a must
- Experience in automation of reports with Pentaho tools is a must
