Mission Focus: NT Concepts is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to oversee development of an innovative new Intelligence Discovery and Web Development application with a modern metadata store and Search capability in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s All-Source Analytic Enterprise (DIAAE). This application will serve as the search engine and registry for FINTEL on DIA’s customer-facing websites for intelligence. With this platform, you'll help enable:
- Actionable Intelligence: Analyze intelligence data to identify critical trends and patterns that inform government decision-making and support strategic objectives.
- Integrated Information: Combine data from various intelligence sources to generate comprehensive insights, reveal interdependencies, and enhance situational awareness.
- Informed Mission Execution: Provide government stakeholders with actionable intelligence to optimize resource allocation, operational planning, and engagement strategies.
Clearance: TS/SCI CI Polygraph required.
Location/Flexibility: National Capitol Region, Vienna, VA, hybrid government and contractor facilities with remote flexibility based on program needs.
Responsibilities:
The role will act as Senior Data Analyst on projects, providing technical guidance and oversight to the project execution team in collaboration with our Program Manager. By joining our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where creativity, innovation, and technical expertise come together to drive business success. You'll lead cross-functional teams to upgrade the application infrastructure to provide:
- Automatic indexing of registered FINTEL
- Extract and database structured product metadata
- Generate a full-text index of products and services
- Provide structured and unstructured search web services
Successful candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, Elasticsearch, SQL, Node.js, Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Server-Side Languages (Javas etc.), and Al technologies.
The position will also ensure alignment between project activities and accepted scope, negotiate with the customers, vendors, and other partners on changes to scope. This role will own full end-to-end delivery of products and will also be responsible for leading team members of varying professional levels.
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Clearance: TS/SCI and CI Polygraph
- 10+ Years of experience in IT industry with at least 2 years in Technical Lead position
- May substitute years of experience with more advanced education credentials (i.e., MS)
- Experience with Node.js, Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Neo4j, AuraDB, Amazon Neptune, JanusGraph and cloud database architectures (or equivalent technologies) highly desired
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.
