As a(n) Advanced Data Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders 
• Gather and analyze customer data from various sources (usage logs, surveys, feedback) 
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance 
• Identify areas for product improvement based on data analysis 

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND five (5) years of data engineer/analyst experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of data engineer/analyst experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Three (3) years of software development experience using one or more of the following: R or Python in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related role 
• Experience working in a data science environment with large amounts of data
• Experience with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda/Step Functions
• Demonstrated skills in software engineering methodology including documentation, configuration management, unit and integration testing, and verification and validation.
• Experience with distributed version control systems, such as Git
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience with relational SQL/ datawarehouse
• Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills with the ability to work independently and with distributed teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  
• Experience developing code for a Linux/Unix based operating system

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
