A Little About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Your role will involve performance reporting, utilizing Salesforce reporting/dashboards, exploring complex datasets, and providing actionable recommendations to key business stakeholders. The desire for data across our organization is high, so you will have the opportunity to work on projects impacting multiple teams. What You Will Do
- Analyze and review results to established plan, providing feedback and recommendations to senior management to ensure goals are achieved
- Build ROI analysis to determine the effectiveness of our various initiatives
- Partner with sales, account management, product, and finance teams to execute analysis
- Provide expert guidance on data analysis to leadership and stakeholders
- Develop ad-hoc reporting to suit business needs and work with Analytics Engineers to automate reporting
- Manage Salesforce data, including data imports, exports, and data quality checks; customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet user needs
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years' of experience in strategic data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Amazon Athena, or similar database tools
- Ability to utilize data analytical tools like Power BI
- Experience working with Salesforce preferred
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis tools and statistical methods
- Ability to independently explore and analyze data or problems with minimal guidance
- Proven experience in building and presenting risk-reward and cost-benefit analyses
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from research and scope to business implementation

Salary
$85,000-$115,000/year DOE
Location
While our preference is a candidate located in Denver, CO, this role is open to remote candidates in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
