What’s Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

In long, our analysts are responsible for:

  • Formulating, developing and instituting business strategies to drive company profit.
  • Identifying, tracking, and forecasting main drivers and transactions of the organization.
  • Partnering with product, tech, data science, and operations to implement data driven strategies and decision engines
  • Bringing the strategy to life: our analysts are responsible for analyzing and developing the full life cycle of a project including implementation/execution
  • Driving large analytical initiatives to reveal step-change improvements in operational and transaction profitability of the business.
  • Effectively communicate with concise insights and/or visualizations utilizing software such as Tableau/Sigma while partnering collaboratively with colleagues and senior leaders in the organization.
  • Leveraging emerging technologies and critical thinking skills to continually innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, and reporting. Design, develop, test, and implement new products and solutions.
  • Working with DE and BI to define requirements for new data tables/models.
  • Take requirements from quality and product teams to build controls to monitor new process performance and accuracy,
  • Review existing reports and dashboards to determine if they are using legacy data and identify new sources to ensure a smooth transition as new feature go live in Pega.

 The Specifics.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science.
  • 3+ years’ experience in analytics, engineering, consulting, or marketing
  • Advanced SQL, Data Visualization , advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
