The ICF Senior Data Analyst will support our ICF’s Health Engineering Solutions (HES) CMS client team. The Senior Data Analyst will be a part of a strong analytics team and will work closely with a cross-functional group of program implementation, IT, and reporting personnel. This position will be responsible for data analysis to provide actionable insights to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, AWS Quicksight etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and delivery actionable insights.
- Desing and implement data models, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Conduct data validation, data cleansing and data profiling to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a data analyst and a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Data science, Math or equivalent) or a Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
- 5+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools.
- 2 years’ experience with SQL and other database management systems.
- 1-year proven ability to work with large and complex data sets.
- Candidate must reside in the US
- Candidate must have lived and worked in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work and tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles
- Interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Extract, transform, load (ETL) processes, utilizing tools such as AWS Glue, Pentato, Microsoft SSIS, Informatica etc.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Federal Government contracting work experience
- Prior experience working remotely full-time

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$69,862.00 - $118,765.00
