About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with exceptional analytical skills and a passion for driving business impact through data insights. In this role, you'll be embedded within the Partnership Sales team, where you'll analyze sales data and partner performance to offer strategic advice that fosters partnership growth and helps secure new clients. You'll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, supported by our data platform experts.

Please note: This is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Analyze sales data and partner performance to provide strategic advice, aiming to enhance existing partnerships and attract new B2B clients
- Utilize tools like Hex, Looker, and SQL to visualize key business metrics and support decision-making processes
- Communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data-driven strategies are understood and implemented
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, applying them to improve business outcomes within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
We're Looking for Someone With:
- Recent experience includes making actionable recommendations and/or being part of a cross-functional team.
- 4+ years in data analytics, insights, or management consulting
- Proficient translating data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of telling a story with complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of working collaboratively and cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fast-paced, often changing environment
- Experience in data analysis, preferably within ecommerce, marketing, or sales
- Proficiency in data visualization formats and best practices
- Experience with analytics software
- Python experience is desirable but not required
