We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of data analysis expertise and variable compensation knowledge, playing a pivotal role in improving our variable compensation approach and analyzing and providing recommendations from various data analysis project. What You Will Do

  • Variable Compensation Management
    •  Ability to design and implement compensation plans that motivate employees while being aligned with business goals
    • Ability to manage variable compensation plan changes, especially when new compensation structures are introduced
  • Data Analysis
    • Analyze and review results to established plan, providing feedback and recommendations to senior management to ensure revenue/margin goals are achieved
    • Perform comprehensive analysis of sales and customer interaction data impacting variable compensation
    • Develop variable compensation models to ensure variable compensation results are measured and in alignment with plan expectations
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Partner with sales, account management, product, and finance teams to execute analysis
    • Provide expert guidance on data analysis to leadership and stakeholders

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 
  • 5+ years' of experience in strategic data analytics 
  • Proficiency in SQL, Amazon Athena, or similar database tools 
  • Ability to utilize data analytical tools like Power BI 
  • Proficiency in variable compensation configuration and variable compensation tooling like SPIFF 
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis tools and statistical methods 
  • Ability to independently explore and analyze data or problems with minimal guidance 
  • Proven experience in building and presenting risk-reward and cost-benefit analyses 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from research and scope to business implementation

Salary

$85,000-$115,000/year DOE
