Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining existing data models, creating new data models and data sets, and partnering with analysts to expose this data for broader consumption. Working within the broader Data and Analytics team, the role reports to the relevant analytics lead - retail, digital, marketing, people and operations, or personalisation - and supports a functional agile squad.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Work with the wider D&A team and community to design, Construct, Install, Test and Maintain scalable analytic tools/apps dashboard/visualisation solutions for our team
- Produce data, analytics and insights from disparate data sources across Endeavour drinks, including GCP, Azure, Adobe and other proprietary databases.
- Build out unified customer data assets and data models
- Providing both ongoing and ad hoc reporting, analysis and insights in a timely manner
- Sharing approaches and best practices across the Endeavour data and analytics chapters
- Work within team norms, standards and procedures to provide consistency across the business
- Establish credible relationships with business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Support and drive the development of great team dynamics
- Proactive with ideas and recommendations and help drive the business outcomes
- Lead, coach and develop junior team members
- Champion the role of solid data governance, capture and sharing principles across our data platforms
- Represent Endeavour Group at corporate-wide analytics forums and discussion groups on standards and capabilities
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a relevant field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics)
- 5-8 years relevant, hands on analytics experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience developing and delivering advanced Tableau dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Desirable
- Experience in technical operations working with cloud technologies (GCP, Azure)
