Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven experience in data analysis and data warehousing, with a strong proficiency in Snowflake Cloud and DBT. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable. The candidate should also possess hands-on expertise in either Power BI or Tableau, along with the ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and analyze existing data models.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design and implement data models and data warehousing solutions using Snowflake Cloud and DBT.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and healthcare, and incorporate relevant advancements into our processes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data analysis techniques and tools.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis and data warehousing, with a strong focus on Snowflake Cloud and DBT.
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL query optimization.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is desirable but not required.
