Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven experience in data analysis and data warehousing, with a strong proficiency in Snowflake Cloud and DBT. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable. The candidate should also possess hands-on expertise in either Power BI or Tableau, along with the ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and analyze existing data models.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Design and implement data models and data warehousing solutions using Snowflake Cloud and DBT.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis results.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and healthcare, and incorporate relevant advancements into our processes.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data analysis techniques and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in data analysis and data warehousing, with a strong focus on Snowflake Cloud and DBT.
Proven experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL query optimization.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is desirable but not required.
