This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:   

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support business process redesign initiatives and optimize operations within the Digital Organization. This analyst will start by understanding business functions and then primarily supporting sales make the right decisions with readable data. With enough understanding of the business functions, the analyst will collaborate with leaders across different departments to improve existing reports and dashboards, provide data-driven analytics, build new management tools, identify improvement opportunities and recommend decisions on key operational concerns. 

 

Reporting to the Associate Director – GTM Analytics, the analyst will support Sales with initiatives through the identification of opportunities for improvement in processes, creation of project plan, modeling, data analysis, providing recommendations, and monitoring results. 

 

This role requires strong data analytical skills, modelling skills, project management skills and the ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams. Projects are likely to focus on improving operational efficiency and maximizing sales opportunities. 

 

 

 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

  • Marketing Operations and Analytics 

  • Handling Sales and Marketing performance Data 

  • Monitoring KPIs of Marketing programs 

  • Planning and Target Setting 

  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses in the Marketing Strategies thru data analysis 

  • Dealing with templates or models that have very complex logic 

  • Handling audits, investigations and implementation of changes on reports, dashboards, metric logic and data sources as needed 

  • Interpreting and generating insights from reports or dashboards that promotes data driven decision making for BUs 

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve milestones 

  • Participate or present analytical insights as needed during different business meetings 

 

  

Must-Have: 

  • 3 – 5 yrs of experience on Marketing analytics, Sales analytics or similar roles 

  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 

  • Knowledgeable in tools like Tableau, Salesforce, SQL 

  • In-depth knowledge of business functions, objectives, strategies, process flows 

  • Experience in or has a working knowledge about the whole business analytics reporting cycle – from collection and warehousing to ETLs and visualization 

  • Ability to work on large databases and synthesize into useful reports and dashboards 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills 

 

Nice to Have: 

  • Knowledgeable in other tools such as Alteryx and Hadoop

  • Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions 

  • Ability to drive project milestones from concept through project closure 

  • Ability to facilitate meetings and project work across different teams 

  • Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills 

  • Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously 

  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner 

  • Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items 

  • Experience in creating or documenting business analytics processes 

  • Amenable to work on a 11pm – 8am MNL shift
