What You'll Do:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our project management platform while partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes, workflows, and user experiences. You'll help drive operational efficiency through Agile delivery practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Application Support & Administration

• Support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise project management applications.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and account updates in accordance with established governance processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve user concerns.

Requirements Gathering & Agile Delivery

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Leverage approved AI-enabled tools to improve requirements gathering, stakeholder input analysis, and backlog refinement.
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and requirements clarification activities.

Workflow Design & Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain standardized project workflows, templates, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and automation logic.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with workflow optimization initiatives that enhance project visibility and execution.

Testing & User Acceptance Support

• Create UAT test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and edge-case scenarios.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.
• Document defects, track issues, and support resolution efforts.
• Validate AI-assisted deliverables and testing artifacts to ensure accuracy and business alignment.

Automation & Power Platform

• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and other Power Platform solutions that reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
• Monitor system performance, user feedback, enhancement requests, and recurring issues.
• Escalate risks, trends, and improvement opportunities to senior team members when appropriate.

Change Management & User Readiness

• Create release notes, training materials, communications, and user documentation.
• Support application rollouts and adoption initiatives.
• Assist in developing training videos and end-user support resources.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for process optimization and automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments.
• Interest in utilizing AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience supporting business applications, project management systems, or PMO-related technology solutions.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum concepts, and user story development.
• Experience creating test cases, supporting UAT, and documenting defects.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or project management applications.
• Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar work management platforms.
• Exposure to AI-assisted business analysis, requirements management, or testing tools.
• Knowledge of change management and training development practices.
